1. About Infipost

Infipost is an AI writing tool that turns your text or photos into platform-ready social-media posts (for example X, LinkedIn and Instagram). Infipost does not post on your behalf and does not share your content publicly.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Contact info - your email address and display name.
• User content - the text you paste and the photos you upload, your brand voice settings, and the generated outputs.
• Identifiers - your account user ID.
• Purchases - your subscription status.
• Usage data - per-account generation counts (text generations and photo uploads) so we can enforce free-tier limits and show you what's left.

We do not collect audio or video data, and Infipost does not access your microphone or camera roll videos.

3. Subscriptions and payment data

If you subscribe to Infipost Pro, the payment is processed by Apple via the App Store - we never see or store your card details. We receive a customer identifier and your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) from RevenueCat, who manages the subscription on our behalf. We use this only to unlock Pro features on your account.

4. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: generating platform-ready posts in your voice, showing you your history, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

5. AI processing

Your text and photos are sent to Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate outputs. Per Google's API terms, your content is not used to train their models when accessed through the API.

6. Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Infipost: Lovable Cloud / Supabase (auth, database, file storage), Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway (AI generation), Apple (App Store payments), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Each only receives the minimum data they need to perform their role.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure, EU/US regions). Photos are kept in a private bucket accessible only to you. All connections use TLS.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, export, or permanently delete all your data at any time from your Settings page. Requests are processed immediately and irreversibly. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription - manage that in your Apple ID settings.

9. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your content, photos, and voice profile are erased within 24 hours. Subscription records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat per their own policies and applicable tax law.

10. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking, no analytics cookies.
