Terms of Service

1. The service

Infipost is an AI writing tool that turns your text or photos into platform-ready social-media posts (for example X, LinkedIn and Instagram). It does not post on your behalf and does not share your content publicly. You need an account to use it.

2. Your content, your responsibility

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything we generate for you. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to the text and photos you upload, and for what you post publicly.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Infipost to generate illegal content, harassment, spam, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates the policies of the platforms you'll post to. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. AI outputs

Generated outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. AI can make mistakes - review before publishing. We're not liable for what you choose to post.

5. Free tier and Pro subscription

Infipost has a Free tier with an allowance of 5 text generations and 3 photo uploads per rolling 30-day window. Infipost Pro gives you unlimited text and photo generations, brand voice training and full library access, and is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription at £9.99 / month (local Apple pricing applies).

6. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and again at the start of each renewal period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. You can also restore an existing purchase on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.

7. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple, so refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Price changes

We may change the Pro price or the free-tier allowance. We'll give you reasonable notice in-app or by email before any price increase takes effect, and you'll have the chance to cancel before the new price is charged.

9. Account termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription - cancel it from your Apple ID settings.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
